PURPOSE: Furigake including roasted sesames and a preparation method thereof are provided, thereby preserving native taste and flavor of roasted sesames for a long period. CONSTITUTION: The furigake contains 60 to 90 parts by weight of roasted sesames, 6 to 9 parts by weight of sugar, 2 to 5 parts by weight of salt and 2 to 5 parts by weight of sodium L-glutamic acid. The method for preparing the furigake including roasted sesames comprises the steps of: adding sugar, salt and sodium L-glutamic acid in a ratio of 2:1:1 into water and heating the mixture to prepare a seasoning solution; pre-heating the roasted sesames at 80 to 90 deg. C in a circular pan; and spraying the seasoning solution to the pre-heated roasted sesames.
