METHOD FOR PRODUCING ALKALINE IONIC MICRO-CLUSTERED WATER BY SEQUENTIALLY PERFORMING PRETREATMENT, ALKALINE IONIC TREATMENT, PACKING PACKED TOWER PASSING AND MAGNETIZATION PROCESSES ON TAP WATER, SURFACE WATER AND UNDERGROUND WATER
METHOD FOR PRODUCING ALKALINE IONIC MICRO-CLUSTERED WATER BY SEQUENTIALLY PERFORMING PRETREATMENT, ALKALINE IONIC TREATMENT, PACKING PACKED TOWER PASSING AND MAGNETIZATION PROCESSES ON TAP WATER, SURFACE WATER AND UNDERGROUND WATER
PURPOSE: To provide a method for producing stabilized alkaline ionic micro-clustered water that can be preserved for a long period of time using tap water, underground water and surface water so as to solve a conventional problem that produced micro-clustered water is converted into bound water such as tap water with the passage of time. CONSTITUTION: The production method of alkaline ionic micro-clustered water comprises the processes of: filling activated carbon in a mesh of a dimensionally stable anode(4) in which ruthenium dioxide(RuO2) and titanium dioxide(TiO2) are coated on titanium having superior corrosion resistance in an anode vessel(1); using a cathode(5) in which palladium having high hydrogen overvoltage or Raney nickel is coated on titanium or stainless steel in a cathode vessel(2), installing a diaphragm(3) between the anode vessel and the cathode vessel; primarily producing alkali ionized water containing activated hydrogen by sending water to the cathode vessel, the water neutralized by mineral constituents eluted while aerating the electrolyzed acid water by injecting air into the electrolyzed acid water from a blower(8) in a neutralization vessel(6) after producing electrolyzed acid water by impressing a direct current to the pretreated water from a rectifier(9) while supplying water to the anode vessel, the water obtained by pretreating tap water, surface water and underground water at need in an electrolytic treatment process in which ore(7) capable of easily eluting various mineral constituents form a weak acidic aqueous solution is filled; sending alkaline ionic micro-clustered water of an alkali ionized water storage vessel(10) to a packing tower(12) into which packings(13) are packed, the packings including humic substance pellet containing mineral or ceramic for emitting fra-infrared rays, mineral or ceramic for emitting minus ions, magnetite or magnetic ceramic and bivalent and trivalent irons so as to improve production efficiency of the micro-clustered water and preserve the same for a long period of time; sending the treated alkaline ionic micro-clustered water to a solenoid magnetizer(14) and an electromagnet or permanent magnet magnetizer(15) to magnetize it; returning some of the magnetized alkaline ionic micro-clustered water to the alkali ionized water storage vessel, and sensing remaining magnetized alkaline ionic micro-clustered water to a treated water vessel(18) so that treated water is transferred to be used as drinking water, in manufacture of soft drinks and drinking water for livestock by a treated water transfer pump(19).
