PURPOSE: A data transmission method, a data transmission program, and a data transmission server are provided to prevent forged data transmission efficiently by matching identification information of user who transmitted the data with identification information of user stored in the data. CONSTITUTION: A data transmission server transmits data received from a client to a destination by using a hierarchical protocol. The server includes an IP address authentication DB(15), a determiner, and a message transmission agent. The IP address authentication DB stores client identification information and user identification information for identifying an operator. The determiner determines whether the client identification information of the client and the user identification information of the user contained in a header portion and a data portion of the data are stored in the IP address authentication DB in correspondence to each other. The message transmission agent transmits the data received from the client to the destination when the client identification information of the client and the user identification information of the user are stored in the IP address authentication DB in correspondence to each other.
