PURPOSE: A system for distributing auction points according to operation of an auction shopping mall on the Internet is provided to make an auction site operator obtain stable profit by offering a remarkable sales effect to seller, helping a bidder buy a needed product at a low price, distributing point allotment to the failed bidder. CONSTITUTION: A seller product/service database(114) stores auction product and service contents. A bidder/auction result database(115) stores personal information of the bidder and an auction result. An auction manager server(113) operates an auction site, manages settlement, and distributes the points. A web server(112) realizes an auction homepage(111) and the auction on the auction homepage.
