PURPOSE: A method is provided to obtain a high performance rare earth magnet by performing magnetic field forming processes including filling, alignment, molding, and extraction steps. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a filling step of uniformly filling a non-magnetic metal mold(3) with rare earth magnet powder in the range of 2 to 4g/cc by using a filler device including a vibrator(1) and a quantitative powder feeder(2); an alignment step of moving the metal mold to an alignment position, moving a solenoid or an alignment magnetic field yoke(4) to a center of the metal mold, and aligning the powder by applying pulse magnetic fields to the filled powder; a molding step of moving the metal mold containing the aligned powder to a molding position, permitting a magnetic punch(7) to tightly contact a top and a bottom of the metal mold, and performing a molding process by applying pulse magnetic fields through the use of a molding magnetic field yoke(6); and an extraction step of removing the magnetic punch and extracting the molded body.
