PURPOSE: To provide an electroplating cell apparatus for improving quality of plated products by cleaning the surface of a strip and overcoming temperature difference between the inside and the outside of plating cell, thereby improving close adherence of a plating layer onto the strip. CONSTITUTION: An electroplating cell apparatus comprises a plating cell(21) filled with an electrolyte(27); a conductor roll(23) rotated with being dipped into the electrolyte of the plating cell so that a strip proceeds through the electrolyte of the plating cell; and a partition(25) installed in the plating cell to divide the conductor roll and the plating cell into an input side plating cell(21a) and an output side plating cell(21b) so that a weak hydrochloric acid solution(31) is filled in the input side plating cell and an electrolyte is filled in the output side plating cell, wherein the input side plating cell comprises a fiber roll(37) and a magnetic roll(39) provided in the state that they are parallel to the conductor roll, a fiber layer is installed on the surface of the fiber roll to wipe out fine dust and contaminants(32) adhered to the surface of the strip, the magnetic roll if formed of magnet to remove fine dust and contaminants of metallic components, and a plurality of fine grooves are formed on the surface of the magnetic roll, and wherein a hot wire(63) for heating the weak hydrochloric acid solution is installed in the input side plating cell.
