PURPOSE: To provide a coil sleeve recovering apparatus for recycling the sleeve and improving safety of operation by conveniently and safely separating a sleeve inserted into the inner diameter of coil on which defects are formed. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for recovering coil sleeve comprises a forward and backward moving means(A) installed at one side of a cone(21) in such a way that the cone is inserted into a sleeve(17) of a coil sleeve assembly(13) supplied horizontally from a coil car(11); a body(19) on which the forward and backward moving means is mounted, and which is formed in such a way that the cone is straightly moved in the body; a revolution means(B) for mounting the body in a turnable structure on a transfer car(25) to turn the body horizontally and vertically; and a rotary means(C) installed at the outer side of the cone that is one side of the body vertically and horizontally changed by the revolution means so that a scrap bucket(51) holds the coil separated from the sleeve by rotating the outer circumference of a coil(15) connected to the cone.
