PURPOSE: To provide a scran disposer for efficiently proceeding scran treatment by injecting microorganisms into an agitation tank and properly controlling oxygen and humidity of scran to activate the microorganisms and preventing environmental pollution by discharging water and carbon dioxide after decomposing scran into water and carbon dioxide. CONSTITUTION: The scran disposer comprises a body(100) in which an agitation tank(120) is installed such that scran is injected into the agitation tank in the state that microorganisms are flown into the agitation tank, and a water drop part is installed at the lower side of the agitation tank such that moisture generated in the agitation tank is dropped into the water drop part, and to the upper surface of which a cover for opening and closing a hopper is connected such that scran is injected through the hopper; an agitation means(400) installed at one side of the agitation tank to agitate and decompose scran injected into the agitation tank; a rotary means connected to one side of the agitation means to provide the agitation means with rotary power; a spray means(200) installed at one side of the agitation tank to supply water into the agitation tank so that proper moisture is supplied to the microorganisms flown into the agitation tank; an oxygen supply means(300) for activating microorganisms by supplying oxygen into the agitation tank; and a heating means connected to a lower portion of the agitation tank to increase proliferation of aerobic microorganisms existing in the agitation tank by heating the agitation tank.
