PURPOSE: A structure for a canister is provided to decrease consumption of charcoal by forming the flow pipe outside the case additionally, to improve lubrication performance by eliminating pneumatic pressure from the fuel tank, and to reduce discharge of evaporation gas by restricting diffusion of evaporation gas through the long flow passage. CONSTITUTION: A first vertical partition(2) and a second vertical partition(3) are arranged in a case(1) of a canister to divide the case into first, second and third flow ranges(7-9). First, second or third charcoal(4-6) is formed in the flow range for collecting evaporation gas, and a first nipple(12) connected to the tank and a second nipple(13) connected to an intake manifold of an engine are formed in the upper part of the case. A first flow pipe(14) communicated with the second flow range and a second flow pipe(16) communicated with the third flow range are formed outside the case, and an outlet of a conflux pipe(17) is connected to the outlet of an intake duct(18). A one-way valve(15) is formed in the inlet of the first flow pipe and opened by pneumatic pressure from the fuel tank in filling with fuel.
