PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for obtaining reusing wastewater having very good quality by aerating, settling and coagulating domestic wastewater in an operation tank and passing wastewater discharged from the operation tank through a centrifugal separator and two water purifiers that perform different functions respectively. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for purifying sewage and wastewater comprises an operation tank(1) for settling the coagulated foreign materials after coagulating foreign materials in domestic wastewater by injecting a chemical composition in which quicklime, aluminum sulfate and illite are mixed with each other in a mixing ratio of 2:1:1.5 into domestic wastewater as aerating domestic wastewater by agitating domestic wastewater contained in a retention tank; a centrifugal separator(2) for separating dross and water contained in wastewater primarily filtered by the operation tank; a water purifier for removing dust and sediment contained in wastewater passing through the centrifugal separator; and an ACF(active carbon fiber) water purifier(4).
