Purpose: a kind of system is used to find that an ideal type to have the function of that a GPS is provided to the GPS receiver by a central system of tracking user and positions and pass through radio communication position to central system with an information processing equipment by using a mobile phone, it stores the coordinate value that central processing unit calculates and sends the value stored to each user, in expected party to rapidly confirm location information or exchange of texts message. Construction: a user 1 (10) confirms a position of a user 2 (20) by an artificial satellite (C2) (A2) by wireless network (A1) access one central system (C1). User 1 (10) transmits own location information and personal information to user 2 (20) (A3, A4). User 2 (20) confirmation message, automatically connects, and network sends a response to central system (C1) (B1). Central system (C1) sends received information to user 1 (10) (B2). For the coordinate value for maintaining central system (C1) the storage location central processing unit of each user in a DB of precise position information to calculate, the personal information of each user is transmitted using the requirement at family.
