PURPOSE: A swivel hinge device of a folder-type mobile communication terminal is provided to separately configure a rotational portion fixed to a folder from a swivel hinge axis fixed to a hinge housing, and to horizontally rotate the folder, thereby simplifying a structure of the swivel hinge device. CONSTITUTION: A swivel hinge axis(10) is connected to a folder through a pierced hole formed on a hinge housing, and smoothly rotates the folder. A fixing portion(20) is extended in plate shape toward both side directions from a lower end of the swivel hinge axis(10), and is formed with the first fixing holes(22) at both ends such that the fixing portion(20) can be fixed to the hinge housing. A rotational portion(30) is formed with a circular rotational hole(32) corresponding to a hooking portion(12) of the swivel hinge axis(10), and wherein one side thereof is rotatively coupled with other side of the swivel hinge axis(10) while other side is fixed to the folder to horizontally rotate the folder.
