PURPOSE: Provided are a polyester flame-retardant core for a framed panel, which has the compressive strength and flexural strength of level suitable for use in spite of lower density. CONSTITUTION: The polyester flame-retardant core for a framed panel comprises a flame-retardant adhered between fiber structures of polyester fiber board in a foam state, and is manufactured by the method comprising processes of treating a polyester fiber board with a foamable flame retardant, followed by drying, and foaming the flame retardant adhered between fiber structures of fiber board by heating. The polyester flame retardant core has a density of 70 kg/m2 or less, a compressive strength of 0.02 MPa or more, and a flexural strength of 0.06 MPa or more.
