PURPOSE: A compressed air supply system is provided to simply replace and/or use various system components, to supply a pressure protection valve, and to keep initial pressure during a purification operation by allowing at least one reservoir. CONSTITUTION: A compressed air supply system(10) is composed of a compressor(12) for feeding the compressed air; an air dryer(14) connected to receive the compressed air from the air compressor and composed of a desiccant bed for flowing the compressed air to supply the dried and compressed air and a blow-through valve(16) operated to connect the desiccant bed with the air; a second reservoir(18) positioned apart from the air dryer and connected to receive the dried and compressed air from the air dryer; a first reservoir(20) positioned apart from the air dryer and connected to receive the dried and compressed air from the air dryer; and control elements(22) integrated with the air dryer to control a filling action for charging the first and second reservoirs with the dried and compressed air by controlling the flow of the air passing through the air dryer from the air compressor. The control elements control a purification action by controlling the flow of the air that is exhausted to the atmosphere with passing through the desiccant bed of the air dyer and the blow-through valve from the second reservoir and then purify the air dryer while keeping initial air pressure in the first reservoir.
