CONDUCTIBLE NON-METAL MATTER PRODUCED BY HEATING ACTIVATIED CARBON, KAOLINITE, COPPER SULFIDE AND PHOSPHORIC ACID, CONDUCTIBLE ION SOLUTION PRODUCED BY THE SAME, LIQUID HEATING MATTER PRODUCED BY USING SOLUTION AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING HEATING MATTER
PURPOSE: A conductible non-metallic matter, a conductible ion solution produced by using the same, a liquid heating matter produced by using the solution and a method for producing the heating matter are provided to show high thermal efficiency, and thus to be useful for a various heat management system. CONSTITUTION: The conductible non-metallic matter is produced by heating an activated carbon, kaolinite, copper sulfide and phosphoric acid to a temperature of 1000-1200 deg.C. The activated carbon is combined in an amount of 25 to 70 parts by weight. Furthermore, the kaolinite, the copper sulfide and the phosphoric acid are combined in an amount of 3-20 parts by weight, 4-20 parts by weight and 55-110 parts by weight, based on 40 parts by weight of the activated carbon, respectively. The conductible ion solution is produced by mixing such conductive non-metallic matter, a silicon powder and water, followed by heating at a temperature of 90-110 deg.C. The liquid heating matter is produced by the method comprising mixing such conductive ion solution and ethylene glycol and leaving the mixture, followed by filtrating.
