PURPOSE: A circuit board test apparatus and a circuit board test method using the same are provided to check concentricity of a drill hole punched on a multi-layer printed circuit board more easily. CONSTITUTION: According to the circuit board test apparatus, a circuit board test apparatus body(100) includes a power supply unit and an image formation apparatus, and comprises a test board on its top plane. A support arm(110) is prolonged toward the top from the circuit board test apparatus body. A radioactive rays generation apparatus(120) is installed on the support arm toward the image formation apparatus, and is formed in a body with a display apparatus. A light emission attachment display lamp(130) is installed on an outer case of the radioactive rays generation apparatus, and turns on a standard radioactive ray mark by operating a light emission unit. And a radioactive rays shielding member(140) is fixed around a bottom plane of the radioactive rays generation apparatus.
