摘要

PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for guiding threading of a top part of strip, the apparatus capable of preventing damage of facilities such as rolls by easily threading the top part of strip through an input side facility of a stainless steel production line. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for guiding threading of a top part of strip comprises a guiding means installed at the input side of a skin pass rolling line to horizontally guide a strip(201) unwound from a pay off reel(100) along deflector rolls(140); and a bending means installed next to the guiding means to bend the top part of strip proceeded through the deflector rolls, wherein the guiding means comprises a base frame(10), a driving cylinder(11) and a pinch roll(12), wherein the bending means comprises a lower cylinder(20), a lower press(21), an upper cylinder(22) and an upper press(23), and wherein the apparatus further comprises a guiding cylinder(30) installed at one side of the base frame and directed between work rolls(130,131), and a guiding plate installed at a front part of piston rod of the guiding cylinder and laid down in a width direction of strip to guide the strip.
