ORGANIC WASTE-DRYING DEVICE USING WASTE HOT BLAST, PROMOTING REDUCTION OF FUEL AND RECYCLING SLUDGE AND FOOD WASTE AS MANURE OR AN ABSORBENT

PURPOSE: An organic waste-drying device using waste hot blast is provided to achieve economical efficiency by using waste hot blast, to dry organic waste while preventing oxidation of the surface of organic waste matters, and to efficiently dry organic waste matters. CONSTITUTION: An organic waste-drying device using waste hot blast comprises a high-temperature drying chamber(1); plural lower waste hot blast supply pipes(11) formed to the bottom side of the high-temperature drying chamber; a high-temperature drying furnace(2) horizontally installed to the high-temperature drying chamber in a state of being situated to the upper side of the lower waste hot blast supply pipes; first steam discharge outlets(22) formed to the upper part of the high-temperature drying furnace; and a rotating shaft(3) installed in the high-temperature drying furnace in a freely rotatable state. The rotating shaft has a feed screw(32), agitating feed blades(33), and waste hot blast jet holes(34). The organic waste-drying device includes a preheating drying chamber(5) having a semicircular preheating furnace(6) and two rotating shafts(7b). The semicircular preheating furnace is horizontally installed in a state of closing up tight the upper part of the high-temperature drying chamber. In the semicircular preheating furnace, two semicircular furnaces(6b) are horizontally connected in a state of having the upper parts open. The rotating shafts are rotatably installed in each semicircular furnace, and the rotating shaft has a feed screw(71), agitating feed blades(72), and waste hot blast jet holes.
