PURPOSE: A rice processing system in which plural expansion apparatus and a funnel type cylindrical body encircling the expansion apparatus are installed in a multistage form at the lower part of a liquid injection nozzle to spray water on rice is provided. It improves drying and cooling efficiency and increases milling yield of rice while producing high quality rice. CONSTITUTION: The rice processing system consists of; a coating apparatus for coating various functional liquid on the surface of rice falling from an auxiliary tank; a drying apparatus for drying the coated rice; a cooling apparatus for cooling the dried rice; a liquid tank for storing functional coating liquid; and a rice selecting apparatus and a rice measuring apparatus. An injection nozzle(32) and a liquid tank(26) installed at the upper part of the coating apparatus are connected with a connection pipe(27). The coating apparatus contains the injection nozzle in a housing, a fixture(34), a cylindrical body(38) encircling the fixture, plural expansion apparatus(36) installed in a multistage form at the lower part of the fixture and a funnel type cylindrical body encircling the expansion apparatus.
