PURPOSE: A sterilized cutting and transfer system of plant cells, animal cells, tissues or microorganisms from a small scale bio-reactor to a large scale bio-reactor is provided, which system is easily manufactured and allows for separation, cutting and transfer of the biological materials without contamination. CONSTITUTION: The sterilized cutting and transfer system(30) of plant cells, animal cells, tissues or microorganisms is installed between a small scale bio-reactor to a large scale bio-reactor, and comprises a transfer body(33) containing the plant cells, animal cells, tissues or microorganisms, and comprising a transfer member and a cutting member; a power generating portion(31) to operate the transfer member and cutting member; a power connecting portion(32) which is located between the power generating portion(31) and the transfer body(33); the supporters(30a, 30b) which support the members; a first transfer line connecting portion(34) which receives the cultured plant cells, animal cells, tissues or microorganisms from the small scale bio-reactor; and a second transfer line connecting portion(35) which transfers the plant cells, animal cells, tissues or microorganisms passed through the transfer body(33) to the large scale bio-reactor.
