LARGE TRAILER CONNECTING DEVICE FOR GUIDING APPROPRIATELY MOVEMENT OF AN INNER CASE ABOUT AN OUTER CASE AND SECURING PRECISE AND STABLE OPERATION OF A PUSH ROD

PURPOSE: A large trailer connecting device is provided to facilitate production and assembly works, to secure accurate and stable sliding motion, and to precisely inject brake oil by properly guiding an inner case about an outer case and stably executing the operation of a push rod. CONSTITUTION: In a large trailer connecting device, a ball fixing unit(10) fastened at a hitch ball of a vehicle is stuck on the front side of an inner case(20). The inner case slides along an outer case fixed on a trailer. A master cylinder(40) having a push rod(41) and a shock absorber(50) are mounted in the inner and outer cases. An anti-separation unit(60) is disposed to the upper side of the outer case. Plural sliding elongated holes(21) are formed at both lateral sides of the inner case. Sliding pins(22) are fixed to both sides of the outer case with passing through the sliding elongated holes. A support pipe(42), a spring(43), and a hanging plate(44) are inserted in order to contact to a sill(411) formed around a push rod(41). A bush(45) is fitted to the end of the push rod to settle the hanging plate and fixed by a combining bolt(46). Bent hanging tools(47) are stuck on both sides of a front side of the hanging plate. Hanging sills are attached on both sides of the inside of the inner case to contact to the hanging tool.
