APPARATUS FOR REMOVING PACKING PAPER WOUND ON OUTER SURFACE OF UPPER AND LOWER ROLLS PILED ON MOVING CAR AND REMOVING CHOCK SUPPORT DISPOSED BETWEEN CHOCKS OF UPPER AND LOWER ROLLS

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for simply removing a chock support disposed between upper and lower chocks, cutting thus removing packing paper wound on the outer surface of rolling rolls and collecting the removed packing paper to recycle the removed packing paper. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(1) for removing packing paper and chock support of rolling rolls comprises a transfer car(9) comprising a transfer car moving motor for rotationally driving a plural moving wheels put on transfer car rails(8); a support removal part(10) comprising a first cylinder(12) on a rod tip of which an insertion member(11) is mounted and a second cylinder for lifting and lowering the first cylinder to remove a chock support(6); a rotary part(20) comprising a roll rotating motor for rotationally driving dogs(21) inserted into one end part of upper and lower rolls(2), a third cylinder(23) for lifting and lowering a bracket(23a) at which the roll rotating motor is installed, and a fourth cylinder for moving the third cylinder forward and backward to rotate the upper and lower rolls; a cutting part(30) comprising a fifth cylinder installed in a cutting case(31) installed at a front part of the transfer car to move a cutting block forward and backward toward the upper and lower rolls, and a motor for cutting which horizontally moves a knife along a groove of the cutting block to cut the packing paper; a guiding part(40) comprising a belt member wound between front and rear guiding rolls to guide packing paper unwound from the upper and lower rolls after being cut to the rear side, and a guiding roll motor(46) which circulates the belt member in an endless track type and is installed inside a guiding case installed in rear of the cutting case to guide discharge of the packing paper; and a collection part(50) comprising a collection rod for winding the packing paper guided from the guiding case in a roll shape, and a motor for collection which rotationally drives the collection rod, wherein the collection rod and the motor for collection are installed in a collection case(51) installed in rear of the guiding case to collect the packing paper.
