PURPOSE: A cellular phone having an earphone is provided to comprise a lead line winding portion to control the length of a lead line comprised on an earphone, and to comprise a rotative controller in the lead line winding portion, thereby quickly and automatically returning the ejected lead line after enjoying music. CONSTITUTION: One side of a lead line(31) is connected to an output terminal of a music reproducing portion, and other side thereof is ejected outside through a side of a body(10). An earphone(30) consists of the lead line(31) and a speaker(32) disposed at the end of the lead line(31). A lead line winding portion(40) controls inserting and ejecting of the lead line(31) inside the body(10). A speaker fixing groove(12) is formed with a pierced hole(120) where the lead line(31) is inserted or ejected.
