PURPOSE: A system and a method for supplying the personalized navigation service are provided to provide the personalized navigation service to the client by adding the lodging information to the navigation server. CONSTITUTION: A system for supplying the personalized navigation service includes a web-server(195), a client terminal, a smart card, a navigation device and a navigation server(100). The web-server performs the reservation service for the lodging facility and connects the client terminal to the navigation server. The client terminal is connected to the web-server to supply the personal information and a navigation device information mounting the traffic information for moving to the lodging facility and/or the navigation device information mounted on the traffic device. The smart card stores the customized navigation information from the client terminal. The navigation device performs the navigation information extracting and reading function, a function to connect to the navigation and the recording media. And, the navigation server performs the function of supplying the customized navigation information to the client terminal and the recording media recording the electronic information management program.
