WASTE INCINERATION SYSTEM FOR MINIMIZING GENERATION AND AN EMISSION RATE OF NOXIOUS SUBSTANCES AND, ENHANCING INCINERATING EFFICIENCY, AND PREVENTING AN EXPLOSION ACCIDENT CAUSED BY PRESSURE RISE
PURPOSE: A waste incineration system is provided to suppress generation of noxious substances and emission of the noxious substances into the air by incinerating waste through two stages, processing exhaust gas produced during incineration through two stages, and separating noxious substances from exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION: A waste incineration system comprises a first incinerator(100) igniting waste supplied to a first combustion chamber(C1) by a first burner(130) and supplying combustion air of high temperature to the first combustion chamber by a first blower(140) to burn waste; a second incinerator(200) igniting noxious substances in exhaust gas flowing into a second combustion chamber(C2) from the first incinerator by a second burner(230) and supplying combustion air of high temperature to the second combustion chamber by a second blower(240) to burn noxious substances; a heat exchanger(300) recovering heat by passing exhaust gas, flowing from the second incinerator, through a heat exchange chamber(313) in which water is received via a tube(320), and separating noxious substances and exhaust gas by dropping noxious substances by a difference of specific gravity during flowing via the tube; and a cyclone(400) separating noxious substances in the exhaust gas flowing into a separation chamber(411) from the heat exchanger by centrifugal force, emitting the noxious substances through a chimney(430), and recovering heat of exhaust gas by a water tank(420) covering the separation chamber.
