PURPOSE: An anti-reverse rotation device of a brake pedal is provided to remove injuries of lower parts of drivers caused by reverse-rotation of a brake pedal by restricting the brake pedal in the opposite direction of braking. CONSTITUTION: An anti-reverse rotation device of a brake pedal is composed of a collision sensing unit(61) for detecting a vehicle collision and sending the resu a control unit(65) for outputting a control signal according to the signal input from the collision sensing unit; and a brake module(70) for rotating a brake pedal(50) in the braking direction for collision according to the control signal of the control unit. The anti-reverse rotation device prevents the brake pedal from rotating in the opposite direction of braking. The brake module comprises a housing(71) fixed to a vehicle body; an inflator installed in the housing and exploded according to the control signal of the control unit to generate gas; and a pushing rod(75) of which one end is disposed to move in the housing and the other end is connected to the brake pedal to push and rotate the brake pedal when the inflator is exploded.
