METHOD FOR GUIDING USAGE OF HEALTH SPORTS WITHOUT COACH AND DEVICE FOR IMPLEMENTING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for guiding usage of health sports without a coach and a device for implementing the same are provided to offer convenience for using the health sports by offering proper usage information based on gender, and a form and part of a body selected from a user. CONSTITUTION: A display means(100) comprises a touch screen for offering a user interface screen to offer the proper usage information of various health sports as a moving image or text form by receiving the gender, and the form and part of the body from the user. An output means(110) outputs the usage information offered through the display means as a paper form. A controller(120) performs serial processing stages for offering the usage information fit to the information inputted from the user through the user interface screen. A storing part(130) stores the usage information of the health sports in a moving image and text file form by classifying into each health sports item fit to the gender, and the form and part of the body.
