If so, system stores, the queue work in rear spare unit requests work (S10) in processing recently when deleting spare work. System obtains the device address that wherein data are transmitted a receiver of (S14), decides whether that receiver is requested for using (S15). Systematic comparison pro-jobs weigh (S16), hold a low priority device (S17), the work being then store on low priority device (S18). System is connected with a high priority device (S19), sends the data to receiver (S20).
