ROLL CHANGE SYSTEM CAPABLE OF MECHANICALLY CHANGING WORK ROLLS, INTERMEDIATE ROLLS AND BACK UP ROLLS USED IN COLD ROLLING MILL

PURPOSE: To safely exchange and mount work rolls, intermediate rolls and back up rolls used in a cold rolling mill within a short period time using a mechanical roll change system, thereby improving productivity and automatically and safely performing a roll change operation. CONSTITUTION: In a roll change system applied to a cold rolling mill to attach or detach such kind of rolls as back up rolls, work rolls and intermediate rolls, the roll change system(10) for cold rolling mill comprises a traveling part(100) for moving the whole system to change the rolls; side to side moving parts(200) for adjusting the center relative to left and right directions of the rolls to be attached and detached; a swing part(300) for separating rolls piled up on a piling object from the piling object to attach the rolls and piling up the detached rolls on the piling object; an up down part(400) for adjusting the center relative to up and down directions of the rolls to be attached and detached, and loading and unloading the rolls to be attached and detached; and a forward and backward moving part(500) for moving the rolls to the rolling mill and the outer side of the rolling mill to attach and detach the rolls; and a rotating part(600) for adjusting saddle by changing a direction relative to an axial direction of the rolls.
