ETHANOL DRINK COMPOSITION FOR PREVENTING LIVER DISEASE COMPRISING TAURINE AND BETA-CYCLODEXTRIN BY INHIBITING ACCUMULATION OF NEUTRAL FAT IN LIVER

PURPOSE: An ethanol drink composition for preventing liver disease is provided, which ethanol drink comprises effective compounds to inhibit accumulation of neutral fat in liver by chronic ethanol absorption. CONSTITUTION: The ethanol drink composition for inhibiting accumulation of neutral fat in liver comprises 1 to 120 mg/ml, preferably 3 to 45 mg/ml of taurine and optionally 2 to 100 mg/ml, preferably 4 to 50 mg/ml of beta-cyclodextrin, wherein taurine participates in the absorption of fat, and reduces the concentration of cholesterol present in the human body; and beta-cyclodextrin reduces the concentration of neutral fat present in the human body.
