METHOD FOR PRODUCING PLASTIC MATERIAL USING CORN STALK TO PROVIDE NOVEL APPLICATION OF WASTE CORN STALK

PURPOSE: A method for producing a plastic material is provided to recycle and find novel application of waste corn stalk, by using waste corn stalk, and thus to give a biodegradable and environmentally friendly material while contributing to reduction of environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing a plastic material, which is biodegradable and environmentally friendly, by using corn stalk comprises: crushing the corn stalk to an average size of 0.1-10mmx0.1-10mm; mixing 30-80wt% of the crushed corn stalk and 20-70wt% of a synthetic resin; melt-mixing the mixture in a reactor at 60-250deg.C; and molding the resulted product by injection, extrusion and compression molding.
