PURPOSE: A flooring removing apparatus of a building is provided to improve the work efficiency on floorings by crushing and grinding floorings of a building using many rotary blade and suctioning the floorings removed by a rotary blade using a duct collector and to prevent the scatter of dust to the outside by mixing with water in a dust collecting net. CONSTITUTION: The flooring removing apparatus of a building comprises: a crushing unit composed by installing many rotary blades in a case(204) and connecting a rotary shaft(202) of each rotary blade projected to the upper part of a case(204) with a driving pulley(206a) of a driving motor(206) to be rotatable, forming many joints(204a) on the case(204) and connecting each joint(204a) with a suction unit of a dust collector(30) on the front lower part of a main body(10); a dust collecting unit composed by forming many suction units(302) on the base, installing a dust collector(30) having a discharge unit(304) in a cover(50) on the main body(10), installing a dust collecting net(308) on the end of a connecting pipe(306) connected to the discharge unit(304), installing a water tank(40) which supplies water to the inner part of the connecting pipe(306) on the connecting pipe(306), and installing a vent wall(306a) made of non-woven fabrics on a joint of the discharge unit(304) and the connecting pipe(306); a driving unit composed by installing a steering wheel(60) which is height-adjustable by a screw(602) fastened with a nut of the main body(10) on the rear of the main body(10), and installing driving wheels(70') which rotate with the driving force of a clutch motor(80) transferred by a chain(802) and are controlled by an adjust screw installed on the main body(10); and a sensor(104) installed on the front of an auxiliary wheel and a main body(10) attached to the outer sides of the driving motors(70').
