PURPOSE: A lug welding device is provided to reduce a welding work and a labor cost by simultaneously welding lug pads through only one setting of one worker on a plurality of lugs used to move blocks or facilities to be installed on a ship during manufacturing a ship, to increase production efficiency, and to reduce a percent defective. CONSTITUTION: A lug welding device comprises a supporting unit(200) combined with a lug on which a lug pad is welded so that the supporting unit rotates the welded lug-lug pad; a welding unit(300) located on the upper part of the supporting unit to move and perform welding; and a welded product rotating unit installed in a side bottom of the supporting unit to lift, rotate, and reattach a welded product located on the upper part of the supporting unit. The supporting unit comprises a lower body(10) composed of a turning device upper frame unit(102) and a turning device lower frame unit(101); a table turning alternating current servomotor(8) attached on one end of the turning device lower frame unit; a plurality of gears(16) attached on the upper surface of the turning device lower frame unit to be connected with the table turning alternating current servomotor; a plurality of table turning devices(4) installed penetrating the turning device upper frame unit to be geared into one end of each gear; a chuck(23) protruded on the center of the table turning device to attach the welded product; and trebling rails(13) installed on both ends of the supporting unit.
