PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of lyocell multi-filaments having excellent spinning property, mechanical properties and uniformity is characterized by containing a spinning nozzle and a quenching device, preventing filaments from being stuck, reducing yarn cutting, stabilizing cooling-airflow, exhausting immediately generated gas and cooling the filaments uniformly. CONSTITUTION: Lyocell multi-filaments are obtained by the steps of: (A) dissolving cellulose in a solvent mixed N-methyl morpholine N-oxide/water to manufacture a dope; (B) extruding and spinning the dope with a spinning nozzle; (C) quenching a spun yarn with a quenching device; (D) coagulating the quenched yarn in a coagulating bath to get multi-filaments; (E) washing the filaments in a wash bath; and then drying, oiling and winding the filaments. The lyocell multi-filaments has (1) 5-10g/d of strength, (2) 3-13% of elongation, (3) under 3% of uniformity, (4) under 1% of variabilities of breaking strength and breaking elongation and (5) 1000-2500denier of fineness. The spinning nozzle is characterized by arranging parallel discharge holes in a direction of cooling-air. An interval(a) of the discharge holes arranged in a vertical direction of the cooling-air is bigger than an interval(b) of the discharge holes arranged in a direction of the cooling-air, or is the same as the interval of the discharge holes arranged in the direction of the cooling-air. The quenching device comprises a cooling-air supplying part installed in front of the spinning nozzle and a cooling-air absorbing part installed on a back of the spinning nozzle.
