PURPOSE: A method for preserving culture tissue is provided, thereby excellently preserving the culture tissue over the transportation period, and instantly employing the culture tissue without a cleaning manipulation. CONSTITUTION: The method for preserving culture tissue comprises culturing the cells and preserving the cultured cells in an isotonic salt solution without non-acceptable components at 2 to 25 deg. C, wherein the isotonic salt solution is buffer solution or aqueous injection solution; the buffer solution is phosphate buffer solution; the aqueous injection solution is linger preservative solution or physiological saline; the linger preservative solution is linger solution, lactate linger solution or acetate linger solution; the cell is cartilage cell or epidermal cell; and the culture tissue comprises gel structure or porous scafold and cultured cells; the scafold is collagen.
