PURPOSE: A tuner is provided to prevent an unexpected over-voltage from being applied to power supply pins during inspection and tuning and after assembly to a set, by arranging ground pins on one side of power supply pins. CONSTITUTION: A tuner comprises a channel selection unit; a modulation unit; and a plurality of terminal pins electrically connected to the channel selection unit and the modulation unit. The terminal pins include power supply pins(1a-1e), and ground pins(10a,10b) disposed on at least one sides of the power supply pins.
