PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to increase flexibility of a structure of a device and inject charge carrier to organic layers while maintaining the possibility of good structurization by including a plurality of organic layers between a base contact and a cover contact on a substrate. CONSTITUTION: At least one polymer layer(3,4) and two molecule layers are disposed. If a cover contact(7) formed on a substrate(1) is a cathode, a layer placed on the cover contact is formed as a molecule layer for carrying electrons. The molecule layer is doped with organic donors or inorganic donors. N-type dopants contain a main organic material and a dopant material of a donor type, having molecular mass greater than 200 gram/mol. If the cover contact is an anode, a layer placed on the cover contact is formed as a molecule layer for carrying p-type holes. The molecule layer is doped with an organic acceptor or an inorganic acceptor. The dopants contain a main organic material and a dopant material of an acceptor type, having molecular mass greater than 200 gram/mol.
