AGITATION TANK STRUCTURE OF FOOD WASTE VANISHING APPARATUS COMPRISING MESH INTERPOSED BETWEEN UPPER BOTTOM AND SEPARATION TYPE BOTTOM PLATE HAVING DRAIN HOLES

PURPOSE: To provide an agitation tank structure of food waste vanishing apparatus, wherein drain hole portions of agitation tank can be exchanged if it is necessary, drain holes are densely formed to increase drain ratio so that chaff and sawdust are not required to be injected into the agitation tank, and a mesh having dense sieve aperture is used to prevent discharge of non-decomposed food waste. CONSTITUTION: In a food waste vanishing apparatus having an agitation tank(10) constructed in a structure of double bottoms comprising an upper bottom(20) on which drain holes(21) are formed and a lower bottom(30) on which a drainage is formed, the agitation tank structure of food waste vanishing apparatus comprises a separation type bottom plate(40) on which drain holes(41) are formed, and which is connected onto the upper bottom of the agitation tank; and a mesh(50) formed of stainless steel and interposed between the separation type bottom plate and the upper bottom, wherein apertures of the mesh are smaller than the drain holes of the separation type bottom plate and the drain holes of the upper bottom, and wherein the drain holes of the separation type bottom plate and the upper bottom have diameter of 2 to 1,000 mm, and the mesh has an aperture size corresponding to a sieve size of 10 to 100 mesh.
