HINGE WITHOUT FABRICATING PROVIDED WITH A PRIMARY SECTION, A SECONDARY SECTION, AND ONE OR MORE CONTACT POINTS

PURPOSE: A hinge is provided to form a rod clip of a hinged structure composed of two components by shaping in one stage not to be assembled. CONSTITUTION: The hinge(10) contains a primary section(20) having a post(21) extended horizontally through two coaxial holes(31) and a secondary section(30) having two coaxial holes(31) with an internal wall. The post(21) of the primary section(20) is extended through the hole(31) of the secondary section(30) to form a pivot between the primary section(20) and the secondary section(30). The primary section(20) is formed in one with the secondary section(30) through the medium of one or more contact points(36) which connect the primary section(20) and the secondary section(30), so that if the primary section(20) rotates against the secondary section(30) relatively, one or more contact points are burst to form a two-piece hinge composed of two components.
