PURPOSE: An apparatus for separating a reusable aggregate from construction wastes with aid of wind is provided to raise the recycling rate of resources and to reduce the general costs, needed to reclaim the wastes, by preventing a fine aggregate from being blown off and disused when a light waste material is separated with aids of wind. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for separating a reusable aggregate from construction wastes with aid of wind includes: a vibrating screen(11), a blower(22), arranged under the top end of the vibrating screen(11) and generating wind power so as to let a light waste material blown off and a heavy aggregate dropped downward; a feeding conveyer(19), transporting the dropped heavy aggregate thereon so as to treat the latter in the following process; and a brush(40), adjoining to the feeding conveyer(19) and rotating in the upper side outside the latter, so that a fine aggregate with a relative specific gravity, which is blown off by the wind power, dashes against the brush(40) so as to be dropped onto the feeding conveyer(19).
