PURPOSE: An artificial tooth fixture for a dental implant operation is provided to drastically increase the initial fixing force of the artificial tooth fixture by intensively fixing multiple threads, fine fixing screw to a hard upper part of an alveolar bone and so by maintaining the more solid connection state. CONSTITUTION: The artificial tooth fixture for a dental implant operation includes: an abutment implantation part to be implanted by an abutment part for fixing an artificial tooth root; a cutting edge(3), having a chip pocket formed within; a fixing screw(4); and a multiple-threaded fine fixing screw(5), arranged between the abutment implantation part(2) and the fixing screw(4) and having the same lead as that of the fixing screw(4) and a tapered shape, whose upper part is wide, but whose lower part is narrow; wherein the cutting edge(3) and the fixing screw(4) are formed on an outer circumference of the artificial tooth fixture.
