PURPOSE: A memory work on a mobile phone desktop is provided to apply for more than a certain portion of desired contents to an enterprise automation system, so that the enterprise automation system can transmit the applied contents to a user at set time with a contents transmitter. CONSTITUTION: An automation system selects contents applied for by a member, and commands a server of a mobile communication provider to transmit the contents during a certain period. The member receives a notice showing that moving image mail is received through a mobile phone at set time every day. The member downloads the contents through the mobile phone. When the downloaded contents are sent to a desktop, contents to be memorized are repeatedly displayed whenever a mobile phone folder is open.
