TIDAL POWER AND WIND POWER GENERATOR CAPABLE OF ENABLING MOVEMENT OF BLADES BY TIDAL POWER AND WIND POWER AND MINIMIZING CONSUMPTION OF POWER

PURPOSE: A tidal power and wind power generator is provided to convert power of tidal power or wind power into kinetic energy to the utmost. CONSTITUTION: In a tidal power and wind power generator, a right blade(A) and a left blade(B) face the wind if tidal power or wind power is given in the front. The right blade and the left blade move to a C2 spot. The blades rotate at the C2 spot and the blades are in a state horizontal to a direction of the wind, and then the blades move to a C1 spot. The direction of the wind, the blades, and blade supports(E) are in a horizontal state at the C2 spot. The blades face the wind while passing by the C1 spot and the blades have power tending to rotate. A rotation-preventing rod(F) is installed to the start surface of the blade support to prevent the power tending to rotate from being generated. Each blade is connected by a chain and is integrated as one body. A direction key(G) is installed to make the generator horizontal to the direction of the wind.
