PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus on an inner part of the front of which a high output infrared laser diode beam and an UV laser generator are mounted such that sewage and wastewater flow in through the inner part of the front of the apparatus, and which is constructed in such a distribution structure that sterilization/purification efficiencies are improved in Teflon tubes that cover UV lamps. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(1) for sterilizing and purifying wastewater using Teflon tubes comprises: a wastewater inlet(101) and a wastewater outlet(102) through which various domestic wastewater, plant wastewater and non-biodegradable dyeing wastewater flow in and out; receiving space parts respectively formed by closed end parts(103); a first connection pipe(110) penetrated into the receiving space part of the wastewater inlet; a plurality of injecting connection pipes(120) which are installed under the first connection pipe, and into which various treatment agents(10,20,30,40) for sterilization, deodorization and decomposition of heavy metals are injected; a support(100) comprising a second connection pipe(130) formed in the same shape as the first connection pipe at the wastewater outlet side of a position opposite to the first connection pipe; and an UV sterilization means(200) spirally stacked on the outer circumference of the support, wherein a first connection pipe having a small diameter, a second connection pipe having a medium diameter and a third connection pipe having a large diameter are formed on the first and second connection pipes, and wherein the UV sterilization means comprises a plurality of first to third UV lamp groups; first to third protection supporting parts; small, medium and large Teflon tubes(300,310,320); an outer housing; a fixed member(500); a power supply means(600); and a control part(700).
