INFERIOR WELDING SENSING AND RE-WELDING CONTROL DEVICE OF COLD ROLLED STEEL SHEETS, PREVIOUSLY DETECTING INFERIOR WELDING AND CONTROLLING RE-WELDING AFTER CUTTING INFERIOR WELDED PARTS
PURPOSE: An inferior welding sensing and re-welding control device of cold rolled steel sheets is provided to prevent equipment troubles resulting from burst of the steel sheets caused by inferior welding of the cold rolled steel sheets, by immediately executing re-welding in inferior welding of the cold rolled steel sheets. CONSTITUTION: An inferior welding sensing and re-welding control device of cold rolled steel sheets includes an upper processor(10) controlling the speed of the advancing and retreating of the steel sheets, and the cutting and welding of the steel sheets, and a welder welding the preceding steel sheet and the following steel sheet according to the control of the upper processor, to detect inferior welding of welded parts and to control re-welding. The inferior welding sensing and re-welding control device comprises a steel sheet thickness detection device(100) installed to the rear of the welder to detect the thickness of the steel sheet input through the welder; an inferior welding detection part(200) controlling the action of the steel sheet thickness detection device, determining sheet overlap if the thickness of the steel sheet is over preset sheet overlap determination thickness, and calculating the length determined into sheet overlap and outputting sheet overlap occurrence and sheet overlap length information; and a re-welding control part(300) controlling the retreat to a steel sheet cutter by the upper processor according to the sheet overlap length information when sheet overlap occurrence information is input from the inferior welding detection part, and controlling the cutting of overlapped welding parts and the re-welding of the steel sheets by the upper processor when retreat finish information is input from the upper processor.
