DUPLEXER PACKAGE STRUCTURE, SPECIALLY CONCERNED IN DESIGNING A PHASE SHIFT TO FUNCTION AS A RADIO FREQUENCY FILTER

PURPOSE: A duplexer package structure is provided to remove a circuit for an ESD(Electrostatic Discharge), and to make phases of signals applied to transceiving terminals of a duplexer different, thereby enabling an ESD action by functioning as an RF filter. CONSTITUTION: An antenna(200) transmits or receives RF signals having different frequency bands. A diplexer(201) separates signals having different frequency bands. The first transceiving terminal transceives low-frequency band signals. The second transceiving terminal transceives high-frequency band signals. The first filter(205a) is disposed between the first transmission terminal and the diplexer(201). The second filter(205b) is disposed between the second transmission terminal and the diplexer(201). The first phase shift(207a) makes transceiving signals disposed between the first receiving terminal and the diplexer(201) have phase differences. The second phase shift(207b) makes transceiving signals disposed between the second receiving terminal and the diplexer(201) have phase differences.
