MACHINING TOOL OF A BORING MACHINE FOR REPRESSING VIBRATION OF A BORING HOLDER CAUSED BY ECCENTRIC MASS OF THE BORING HOLDER BY SETTING THE POSITION OF A BALANCE WEIGHT WITH COMPRESSING A BALANCE SPRING

摘要

PURPOSE: A machining tool of a boring machine is provided to remove mechanical composition such as a pushing bar and a pushing pin installed in an existing boring holder, to minimize causes of vibration by reducing a radial width of a tip holder and preventing distribution of an eccentric mass, and to complete a stable motion of the tip holder by adding a balancing unit and a hydraulic varying unit. CONSTITUTION: A semi-finishing tip(1) and a finishing tip(3) are mounted to a boring holder(9) through each tip holder(5,7) and installed on a spindle of a boring machine. The semi-finishing tip is fixed and installed to the one side of a front end of the boring holder by the tip holder. The finishing tip is disposed at the other side of the front end of the boring holder to correspond to the semi-finishing tip and mounted to a hydraulic varying unit arranged in the boring holder by the tip holder. A balancing unit is installed in the front end of the boring holder to repress rotational vibration by a balance weight(13) supported toward the semi-finishing tip from a rotational center by a spring(27).
