PURPOSE: A compressing pump is provided to minimize the size of a compressing pump, to minimize damage of a rotor and a vane according to high-speed rotation, and to leakage of fluid pressure by installing a rotor seal element at an outer periphery of the rotor. CONSTITUTION: A circular cylinder hinge groove(11) is formed at a cylinder(10) with a part opened less than a diameter. A cylinder hinge protrusion part(31) of one end of a vane(30) is rotatively settled at the cylinder hinge groove. A vane groove(26) is formed at a rotor(20) in the same shape as the vane. A circular rotor hinge groove(27) with a part opened less than a diameter is formed at one side of the vane groove. A rotor hinge protrusion part(32) of the other end of the vane is rotatively settled in the rotor hinge groove.
