PURPOSE: To provide a combined air cleaner and humidifier by which air cleaning function and humidification function are simultaneously performed, which is constructed in such a way that a humidification part is formed at a front part and an air cleaning part is formed at a rear part, and in which a water tank of the humidification part formed at the front part is formed of a transparent material. CONSTITUTION: A combined air cleaner and humidifier comprises: an air inlet(420) that is an entrance through which air is flows in from the outside; a filter installed at one side of the air inlet to filter air sucked in from the outside; a cleaning fan(450) for sucking in air passing through the filter and forcibly blowing cleaned air again to the outside; a cleaning fan motor(452) for providing the cleaning fan with rotary power; a rear cover(440) installed on one side surface of the filter with being spaced from the air inlet in a certain distance; an air exhaust port that is an exit through which air discharged by the cleaning fan is exhausted to the outside; a water tank in which water is stored; an oscillator for changing water discharged from the water tank into fine particles by ultrasonic oscillation; a spray tank(350) for guiding fine water particles formed by the oscillator to the outside; and a spray port(360) installed at one end of the spray tank to control direction of spray discharged to the outside.
