PURPOSE: A structure for debonding a prestressed concrete beam member embedding a tendon and a prestressed concrete beam member producing method using the structure are provided to remove unnecessary stressing force on the upside of both ends of the beam member by covering both ends of a multi-layer steel strand and to prevent the section of the beam member from being increased. CONSTITUTION: A structure for debonding a prestressed concrete beam member(A) embedding a tendon is composed of a multi-layer steel strand(1a) laid in a predetermined spot of the lower end of a body(1) of the prestressed concrete beam member, stressed longitudinally to apply stressing force to the body, and formed by twisting plural steel strands and a debonding cover(1b) covering the predetermined portion of both sides of the multi-layer steel strand laid with stressed to prevent the steel strand from being stuck to concrete.
